HazeWayz is not responsible for any additional fees that customs may charge including taxes or duties, nor are we responsible for any items that may be confiscated by customs. We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday, subscriptions are usually shipped within 7 business days. Orders do not get shipped out on the weekends. Example: if you place your order on a Wednesday after 6am, it will usually ship out by the following Wednesday. During busier shipping times, please allow for one extra day of processing time.
Shipping and handling charges depend on the destination and the weight of your order. Please note that we process orders very quickly, this means that once an order is placed we are unable to modify your shipping method. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage. Once orders are shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information and then you can contact the carrier for more information on retrieving your package at the correct address or arranging for the package to be held for pickup. Changes through the carrier can incur additional fees.
HazeWayz is NOT responsible for shipping issues resulting from user errors during checkout or for packages that are lost / stolen during transit. Should your order be returned to us due to an invalid shipping address resulting from an input error when placing the order, you will have the option to have the order resent to you for an additional shipping and handling fee. If you do not want your package resent, we will refund your order minus any shipping and handling fees. If your order is lost / stolen, you will be required to contact the carrier to file a claim before reaching out to Haze Wayz for a replacement.
Haze Wayz only provides service for adults aged 21 years or older.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
